Dr. Hrehovcik knows that understanding people and their needs is the perfect starting point for truly caring for someone. Playing the detective and asking the right questions to uncover the details of problems and possible solutions is a vital aspect of our profession.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Nicholas Hrehovcik did his undergraduate at Ramapo College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. From there, Dr. Hrehovcik continued his education, earning a Master of Science Biomedical Informatics degree at Rutgers University Newark, where he received an Outstanding Academic Performance Award.
Following dental school, Dr. Hrehovcik completed a general practice residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. This was pivotal in his learning as he gained experience in multiple dental specialties. Dr. Hrehovcik continues to stay informed of the most innovative dentistry by attending continuing education courses.

What does Dr. Nick love to do in his spare time?
Dr. Nick played volleyball in high school and college and still enjoys sports. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, and playing golf.
During his downtime, he likes watching movies, reading, and spending time with his wife, Miranda, and his family.
Does Dr. Nick provide care for underrepresented people?
Dr. Nick participated in an outreach trip to the villages of Guatemala in May 2013. In addition, he was involved in organizing fundraising activities, which helped provide dental supplies for the children receiving treatment. This experience influenced his learning from that point on.
