Appointment Policy
Appointments can be made by telephone, email, or in person. We offer night, morning, and late afternoon hours. For your first visit to our office, please budget approximately 60-90 minutes. Since we want the most accurate assessment of your dental health and condition, your first appointment is very comprehensive and detailed.
Online Registration
Once you have arranged your visit, our team will set up your account in our online portal. You can check insurance, pay bills, fill out patient forms, and much more. For those of you who prefer, you can download your forms below.

Ask about CareCredit and our in-office financing plans when you visit.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please provide us with 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We also request that you confirm your appointment via phone or email 24 hours prior.
